ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT

 

  1. About The Service:

The Municipal Engineer’s Office is primarily responsible for the issuance of Building Permits and other related permits as mandated by law particularly the National Building Code (P.D. 1096 ) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations in order to promote public safety, order and welfare towards a sustainable and sound environment catering to Floridablanca’s development.

 

  1. Who Can Avail The Service:

Any person, firm or corporation prior to erection, construction, alteration, major repair or renovation or conversion of any building or structure.

 

  1. Requirement(s):
    1. Five (5) sets of Building Plans (Architectural, Structural, Sanitary/Plumbing, and Electrical) duly signed & sealed by licensed architect or civil engineer.
    2. Five (5) fully accomplished application forms duly signed & sealed by a Licensed Architect/civil engineer whose services are hired by the client/applicant.
    3. Bill of Materials/Cost of Estimates
    4. Certified Proof of Ownership (photo copies of TCT, Contract of Lease, Deed of Sale, Tax Declaration and Current Real Property Tax Receipt).
    5. A photo copy of Locational  Clearance
    6. A Photo copy of Fire Clearance from BFP.
    7. Other clearances :
      1. Barangay clearance, Home owners clearance, & other clearances from   various government agencies (if any).

Building Permit & other ancillary permit fees based on National Building Code (P.D. 1096)

 

  1. Availability Of The Service:

Monday to Friday – From 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

 

 

ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

 

  1. About The Service:

The Municipal Engineer’s Office is primarily responsible for the issuance of Certificate of Use/Occupancy before occupying a building or structure as mandated by law.  It is also a pre requisite in order to avail the assistance of various financial institutions such as, PAG-IBIG, BANKS, etc,

 

  1. Who Can Avail  Of The Service:

Any person, firm or corporation who has secured the Building Permit and whose building structure has been completed in its phase of construction.

 

  1. Requirement(S):
    1. Photo copies of building permit
    2. Certificate of Completion
    3. Copy of Fire Safety Inspection
    4. As built Plans
    5. Log Book

 

  1. Fee(s):

Base on Provision Of National Building Code of the Phils. (P.D. 1096)

 

  1. Availability Of The Service:

Monday to Friday – From 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

 

 

ISSUANCE OF SMALL ELECTRICAL PERMIT

 

  1. About The Service:

The Municipal Engineer’s Office issues electrical permit to any person/individual putting up electrical installations with residential structure of less than 20 sq. m. in order to obtain services of the electric utility company based on the R.A 7920 known as the Philippine Electrical Code.

 

  1. Who Can Avail Of The Service:

Any person residents and Actual Occupants with in the municipality

 

  1. Requirement(S):
    1. Photo copies of Proof of Ownership (TCT, Deed of Absolute Sale, Authority to use)
    2. Electrical Layout/Schedule of loads
    3. Other Clearance ( Brgy. Clearance)

 

  1. Fee(s):

Base on Provision Of National Building Code of the Phils. (P.D. 1096)

 

  1. Availability Of The Service:

Monday to Friday – From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

 

ISSUANCE OF ACCESSORY PERMITS

 

  1. About The Service:

Aside from a building permit. The Municipal Engineer’s Office issues  Accessory Permit as mandated by law particularly the National Building Code of the Phils. (P.D. 1096.) & its emplementing Rules & Regulations in order to promote public safety, order and welfare towards a sustainable and sound environment catering to Floridablanca’s development.

 

  1. Who Can Avail Of The Service:

Any person, firm or corporation before the renovation construction or demolition of any structure.

 

  1. Requirement(S):
    1. Three (3) fully accomplished application forms duly signed and sealed by Respective professionals
    2. Three (3) certified photocopies of TCT
    3. Three (3) photocopies of current real property tax receipt or land tax clearance
    4. Three (3) photocopies of Tax Declaration
    5. Three (3) sets of layout plans (Ground Preparation & Excavation, Demolition, Fencing or Signages) duly signed and sealed by respective professionals
    6. Three (3) sets of cost estimates/bill of materials and specifications duly signed and Sealed by respective professionals
    7. Three (3) copies of Barangay Clearance and Homeowners Clearance (for projects with in the subdivision.

Accessory Permits Fees Base on Provision Of National Building Code of the Philippines (P.D. 1096)

 

  1. Availability Of The Service:

Monday to Friday – From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
